Igor, the appliance technician, was assigned to repair my Blomberg refrigerator. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was a clear communicator and explained the problems as well as the potential solutions in a very consumer friendly way. Unfortunately, after he made many tech visits to my home and called directly to the Blomberg manufacturer while he was here trouble shooting, there were no solutions that would get us a working refrigerator within a reasonable amount of time. My refrigerator could not be repaired by Max. He did a very good job taking apart the whole refrig in order to locate the problem. The service fee & tip was my cost. Fuel & costly parts required me to have to buy a new refrigerator. In the past I used Dial to fix my washing machine. Overall excellent tech guys & very nice phone customer service ladies. Thanks Dial.
