Our new hood is wonderful! The fit /finish and touch screen are top notch! The installation is a two person job. I had some minor shipping damage but the manufacturer sent out replacement item right away. Also I would use more heavy duty anchors than what was shipped with the unit. I was able to screw into wood stud and use toggle bolts to anchor to drywall. Very happy with the DC variable speed motor and the very low noise levels. Highly recommend the exhaust fan unit!

From the order process start I was able to call in and talk to an actual person in the US and get any and all questions answered. A rarity! And any questions I had with delivery or installation were always answered promptly and fully. Top notch. As far as the actual range and hood it is great quality and well built and does a good job and cooks fast! It takes a little getting used to but that's just my lack of experience with induction itself and nothing to do with the actual unit. It looks beautiful and cooks well and has countless options and everything you could possible ask for in a range and hood together.
