Customer service has been great each time we go in. We met Khan about 18 months ago during our first purchase. We have since made three additional purchases and each time Khan has been a valuable assistance to us. Khan gets an idea what we are looking for and what we like, then he seems to find those products we like and are wanting. Delivery has always been great. On time and great friendly staff making the deliveries with no problems.

I’m so pleased with my purchase and delivery. I had recently purchased some new appliances for our home at RC willey . The delivery guys we had were phenomenal! Very Professional and communicate with each other very well, Miguel was our delivery driver and he knew exactly what’s he’s doing when it came to making sure our door trim was protected from any damage! Communicated with me throughout the whole setup process which made it clear and very efficient will be returning to furnish my home !

Absolutely beautiful they gave us a window between 8:00 and 10:00 and they were here just before 8:00 a.m. the only negative thing I have to say is they just put things in your living room they don't ask you where you want them we also as you can see in the picture but a huge area rug and all they do is take the plastic off it and leave it rolled up that's the only problem I have other than that I love my furniture There was a broken coffee table they're replacing that it'll be here on Wednesday I have the coffee table that they're replacing they'll take this one when they deliver the new one the exact same one this is our first experience with RC Willey and I do not think it will be our last customer service there is excellent the sales floor people and especially Earl is amazing we are extremely happy I recommended them highly
