Delayed appointment multiple times. Confirmed they would be coming at long last and then didn't show. Keep trying to contact them to ask what happened and when they might arrive and they just say they are "looking into it". If you want to stay home multiple days and get zero service, give them. a call. Just to clarify based on business' response. Appointment was scheduled for a Thursday. Towards the end of the appointment window, we received a call that Hunter would not be arriving. Appointment rescheduled to Friday. Friday appointment window was changed multiple times and was finally confirmed that tech would arrive after 3pm. Tech never showed and there was been no communication from Lake Appliance other than this review as to why tech didn't show, that he wasn't showing, or rescheduling. We have called, texted, and emailed many times. It has been over 4 days since the no show. While delays do happen, it is the cancel/no show back to back days together with an inability to contact anyone or receive a reschedule that leads me to warn future customers.

The technician was on time and pleasant. He did a thorough job of explaining everything to me. Turns out my dryer duct being clogged is the problem. But this company doesn't do that service. So they recommended a company to me that does. $125 for a maybe 20 minute visit to get referred to someone else. I think they should mention they don't do duct work when booking the repair appt. Given I'm sure I'm not the first person with that problem.

I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough. Every person I worked with was so nice and helpful! We had a bunch of snow so my part was delayed but they were already on top of it to call and set up a new time with me the next day. The gentleman that came out was nice and professional. The repair did not take long (it’s a known defect with my washer) so he was done in no time. I hope to not have another problem with any appliances, but if I do, I will be calling them.

We had a wonderful experience with Zack when he came out to our Tahoe cabin to service our washing machine. He quickly figured out the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and explained everything clearly. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was also extremely polite and genuinely kind. It’s refreshing to meet a young man with such professionalism and courtesy. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him and Lake Appliance.
