Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. The staff was completely unprofessional and not at all customer-friendly.
My boys went to sit in the front two massage chairs, and an employee immediately barked, "No shoes, no shoes!" at them. Are customers honestly expected to walk around a retail store barefoot? I asked if we weren't allowed to sit on the furniture, but the employee just ignored the question and continued to follow my children and me around the showroom, abruptly and aggressively moving items right beside us.
When my husband noticed how uncomfortable we were and asked what was wrong, the employee actually started arguing with him over our kids simply sitting in the chairs. The behavior was hostile, intimidating, and entirely uncalled for. We felt incredibly unwelcome and will not be returning.
