We had the best experience with Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. We ordered our washer/dryer and refrigerator several weeks before moving to our new home. They were able to keep it in the warehouse until installation day. Terri was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Stephen and his team arrived with the appliances for installation during the time frame we were given. This was such a seamless process. Would highly recommend this great business.

Terri was awesome. The ongoing shortages of appliances has been miserable. Distinctive Kitchens was not only able to get me a better price for our new slide in range. But they were able to check the delivery pipeline and provide hard details on when to expect the range. The time moved around a LOT but Terri was glad to keep tabs on it for us. The range actually arrived earlier than expected - in time for installation in our kitchen remodel. I called Terri back when it was time to make a decision on range hoods, and she made some great recommendations. You are also going to get a better price on extended warranties through Distinctive Kitchens - we purchased one for our Range.
