Wilkinson Supply Co

I enjoyed working with Lori Rowe at Wilkinson Plumbing so very much! Choosing plumbing fixtures can be overwhelming with so many options but Lori made the entire process streamlined and enjoyable. She spent a tremendous amount of time helping me with selections of sinks, faucets, toilets and accompanying fixtures. She was attentive and patient and a genuine listener. She offered thoughtful guidance to assist me in my choices, but respected my personal style preferences. Wilkinson offers an incredible selection of plumbing fixtures, hardware, appliances and more, as well as competent folks such as Lori to assist. I would not hesitate to return to this establishment and Lori for her expertise and assistance there.

Lori was great to work with when making selections for bath and kitchen fixtures for our whole house renovation. She helped keep our tastes and budget in line. We are so appreciative for all of Lori’s hard work to get the finishes on our shower grab bar and handheld shower replaced when the incorrect finish was shipped by the manufacturer. It took lots of persistent follow-up and she did not give up obtaining the correct finish for us! The pieces have now been installed and they look beautiful! Lori, we can't thank you enough for all your many efforts to sort through and obtain a successful solution. Clients matter to every business, and you have certainly demonstrated that clients matter to you and Wilkinson Supply! Lori, you are the best of the best! Wishing you much continued success!

As a designer, I have worked with Lori Rowe for years. She helps me with plumbing packages, lighting packages, appliance packages. We even work with coordinating door hardware! She not only is knowledgeable in these arenas but she has an excellent design eye. Lori is considered part of my design team because I can always count on her helpful nature, her deep knowledge, her dedication to her clients. She is a team player and I couldn’t do my job without her!

The electric ovens in a dual fuel range in my daughter's historic house failed and couldn't be repaired. The kitchen is an old remodel and the opening is no longer the standard size. Searched and found that Wilkinson was a dealer for the only range that would fit and it was made in Italy. Met with Paul. He was friendly and a wealth of knowledge and we ordered the ILVE range. When it arrived, Steve was great in scheduling the delivery. The installers worked through all of the quirks of an older home and did a great job. I highly recommend Wilkinson Supply for all your appliance needs.
