Lori was great to work with when making selections for bath and kitchen fixtures for our whole house renovation. She helped keep our tastes and budget in line. We are so appreciative for all of Lori’s hard work to get the finishes on our shower grab bar and handheld shower replaced when the incorrect finish was shipped by the manufacturer. It took lots of persistent follow-up and she did not give up obtaining the correct finish for us! The pieces have now been installed and they look beautiful! As a designer, I have worked with Lori Rowe for years. She helps me with plumbing packages, lighting packages, appliance packages. We even work with coordinating door hardware! She not only is knowledgeable in these arenas but she has an excellent design eye. The electric ovens in a dual fuel range in my daughter's historic house failed and couldn't be repaired. The kitchen is an old remodel and the opening is no longer the standard size. Searched and found that Wilkinson was a dealer for the only range that would fit and it was made in Italy. Met with Paul. He was friendly and a wealth of knowledge and we ordered the ILVE range. When it arrived, Steve was great in scheduling the delivery. The installers worked through all of the quirks of an older home and did a great job.
