I'll keep it easy to read since NC is like 47th in education - This is the best place to buy appliances. I will not go anywhere else, ever. Insanely GREAT prices, and they were even willing to work with me on a memorial day sale they didn't even have going on (because their prices are already so low). Customer service is TOP NOTCH! When I bought my fridge from them they said "in the first 30 days you call us, after that, you call this warranty number." Well my fridge beeped unrelentingly. I tried to ignore it, but it was setting me off so we finally called and they said "unplug and plug it back in and then call back and let me know either way. if it's still not fixed ill be there by 7." Willing to come out THAT day to help us?!?!? That's AMAZING! -- also, the unplug/plug it back in fix worked and this fridge is practically brand new. I really appreciated that the sales person was DIRECT, ATTENTIVE (but still gave us more than enough time to check out all the stuff we wanted to look at, so NO PRESSURE SALES!), and the delivery people were IN AND OUT so fast while still doing an excellent job. They even had to take the front door off the house to deliver the fridge but put it back on as they left better than it was hooked on before. Just a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL experience! I WILL BE BACK and I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW THERE.

At first, I had a few differences with both the owner and the salesperson, mainly around communication and customer service. I understand that we all come from different cultures and backgrounds, but when doing business in the U.S., it’s important to adapt and prioritize customer service as part of the experience. In my case, it felt like they were acting based on how things are done in their country, without considering the expectations here. That said, I appreciate that in the end they honored their word and delivered my refrigerator exactly when they said they would. That kind of follow-through is very important, and it made the difference in my experience. I’m giving them 5 stars because despite the rocky start, they did the right thing—and that matters. I also believe sellers have a responsibility to remain professional and respectful, even when dealing with difficult customers. Good customer service should always be the standard, no matter the situation.

Poor customer service: there were no other customers in the store, yet I had to ask a man with a beard and a surly attitude for help. He seemed frustrated with the interruption, and he also could not give a straight answer to simple questions such as if delivery is offered, the cost, if installation was included, old appliance haul away, etc. He insulted me while I was asking questions, at which point I thanked him for his time and left. Many appliances are dented and look beat up/in rough shape, which probably explains any discount price. Due to the fact that the sales person kept changing answers, I had the impression that if there was a problem with the product or delivery after they received payment, that this business would not honor their end of the contract or provide a way to obtain a warranty. Better to stick with Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy or other reputable business.

I seen the old comments about the man being rude, etc. but I had the BEST experience. You got to think, he’s the ONLY person working there, with multiple customers coming in sometimes. So be nice to him and he’ll be nice to you. Also, the is a OUTLET store. So YES. EVERYTHING is supposed to have cosmetic damage. That’s how you get it for so much less than from elsewhere. The difference is, these appliances are still brand new, just a dent or scratch or missing handle for a much lower price. I literally got a washer and dryer for a thousand bucks less than going somewhere else brand new. He was knowledgeable, nice, and helped me choose the best choice for the money. They have financing options too. He even helped load the truck! My bf even ended up buying a bed, kitchen table, and sectional from here. Because the deals were too good. I will be back for a bed for myself when these are paid. ❤️❤️

My experience with USA Appliance Outlet in Raleigh, NC was great until I had LG washer delivered. The delivery guy was pleasant enough but he damaged my floor and failed to install the washer so that the closet door would close. Being disabled and in a wheelchair I am unable to adjust the washer so the door will close. I contacted the store and the delivery guy on multiple occasions and no one has come out to resolve both problems. I’m highly disappointed that after you got my money it appears that the customer service is over. I spoke to the owner yesterday 10/24/22 and he told me that he will contact the delivery guy and call me back, but no call back has happened. The price of the washer was great but the damage to my floors and customer service after the sell was none existent.
