Hi! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service. I’ve been buying from your store for over 5 years now, and you consistently provide exceptional service. Your delivery was right on time, exactly as promised, which I really appreciate. The prices are also very attractive, and the customer service has always been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I was looking to replace my washer and dryer but didnt want to spend a ton of money for quality appliances. I found capital appliances on Facebook and decided to stop by to see their inventory. With Miguel's help, We found a gently used GE set for only $749 on saturday and paid $99 for delivery. Junior and Juni ,They delivered it a couple days later, removed our old set, cleaned out the dryer vent and set up our new set. Junior made sure to wipe down both appliances and took the time to show us how to use them. He also reminded us about the six month warranty as well. I love a great deal and great customer service. From purchase to delivery and installation.......impeccable customer service by everyone and I'll be sure to recommend them to my friends and family.

We recently purchased a new dryer from Capital Appliances after our old one suddenly stopped working, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with their service. We’ve been doing business with them for several years now, and they’ve always been reliable and easy to work with. Marcus helped us as soon as we walked in and showed us several dryer options that would match our existing washing machine perfectly. We even received a discount for trading in our old dryer, which was a nice bonus. Their delivery team was fantastic…they set everything up, made sure it was running smoothly, and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Capital Appliances to anyone looking for good prices and excellent customer service!
