Furniture Fair

Furniture Fair has a large selection of furniture and offers many different styles and options for customers to choose from. However, my overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations I had going into the store. While the selection may be appealing, the customer service and overall buying experience left a lot to be desired. Purchasing furniture is a major decision, and customers should feel confident that they are receiving quality products, helpful service, and a smooth process from start to finish. Communication, attention to customer concerns, and the overall experience need improvement. A furniture store should focus on making customers feel valued and supported, especially when they are making a significant purchase. Overall, Furniture Fair receives two stars based on my experience. The store has potential because of its selection, but improvements are needed in customer service, communication, and the overall customer experience.

7/20/2026 Reference: Employee recognition I would like to highly commend your employees John Mullican( sells) he went over and beyond to accommodated my husband and myself with our purchase of our new power standup recliner. I explained on phone prior to going in the Bell Fork store in Jacksonville about my medical conditions. He went out of his way to take pictures of him ( explained his size) using the recliner in all the positions the chair offered. We set up an approx time for our arrival to the store the next day and he made sure to greet and go through all details of the chair and warranties offered. He is a very valuable employee to your business. He also expedited for the chair to be delivered the next day ( today) prior to rainstorm coming! Excellent employee!! As for delivery, Fred and Kendall deserve just as high recognition for the quality and delivery service to our home. They both were very professional , along with being very personable and respectful! They also deserve high accolades for their service. They made sure everything was perfect before they left our home. They add high value to your employee team. I wanted to make sure that you know what quality employees you have! The WORST QUALITY STUFF!!! My partner and I have bought a mattress and bed frame from this place and with in a year the mattress is shot and after spending 2 grand!! on a bed frame in 2 months the center supports snap from under us and before that it creaked like crazy! We are not extremely large people I weight 230 and my partner 150. We do have a new born so we are on and off it a lot but come one in 2 months and bed frame is already unusable!! We tried calling and I went back to the store probably 10 times to exchange it or return it but they just keep sending people out to try and fix it. One of the people that came out told us that because it has wood in the bedframe it is going to creak… I said that should be something they tell us before we spend $2,000 on a bed frame and that it did not creak when we tested it in the store. If I knew it would have creaked I wouldn’t have bought a loud bed frame with a new born in the room! My mother also bought a 4 grand couch from them and it was broken within the year too. So if you get something from here yes it may look nice but it is complete crap. Cheaply made with still high prices!
