My friend moved into town and asked where the best place to get a washer and dryer.. and I told her Southwest appliance 10000%!! So I wanted to come here and leave a review as well. I HIGHLYYYYY recommend Southeast Appliance. The owners there are incredibly friendly & our washer and dryer continues to work great. It’s been almost a year and we haven't had a single issue. Their customer service is outstanding and they were even able to deliver on base with a small fee. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend them!! You will not regret it! Amazing work and happy to share this place with friends moving into town. Appreciate you all at Southwest!!

This business is legit, about a month ago i was scammed off fb market this was only place that would take the broken washer and dryer off my hands they were so helpful and kind and truly know there shit when it comes to appliances when i arrived they offloaded the Washer and dryer for me they gave me some great advice and comfort about the scam i dealt with and i ended up buying one of there sets when i was there i didn’t plan to but 450!!! For a cleaned and working perfect set !! With warranty!! U cant beat that shout out to the lady and her husband and the Hispanic brother who helped me that day. Their kindness and humility made me have faith in humanity.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I have a 15 year old frigidare convection oven that I am in love with. All 4 burners went out. Southwest Appliance fixed it better than new. The customer service is outstanding and they really listen. The expertise of the owner is unparalleled and I could not believe the price for my extensive repair. The cost was definitely less than I anticipated and I was blown away at how great my range/oven works now. Thank you so much Southwest Appliance. I had a great experience from first interaction to last. This is a business who takes care of their customers. The price point was just right, with many options for any budget. They helped me place the appliances on my trailer, and locked it down. Just a great team overall. I also had a request for my fridge and the owner personally came out to fix it in quick and considerate fashion. They really do help people get quality appliances for an awesome price.
