Bell’s Appliance was professional from the start and ensured that the problem with my fridge was resolved. It took them a few tries due to my complex Jen air model, but eventually they figured it out. Great customer service and easy to navigate.

I have had two service calls in the past month. Both times I was able to get scheduled within a few days. Both technicians that came out were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have had a great experience with them so far. Their pricing is very reasonable. I have the service contract, which I feel like is a great add-on. It makes it easy to get things diagnosed and makes the repairs a little bit more affordable. Highly recommend them.

We always have Bells out for our Maytag appliance repairs (which have been more frequent these days on almost 10 yr old appliances). They have the most convenient scheduling system and keep you informed up until they are 10 minutes away. Guys have even recommended less expensive parts through Amazon which helps also! If we have something else go wrong Bells are our go to vendor! All staff from scheduling to technicians are spot on!!! Service charge is reasonable and credited back to your account if they need to order a part and return to install.
