Kimbrell's Furniture

The people here were very helpful in setting up my purchase. Terrence was incredibly professional and not at all pushy as a salesman. As soon as I said no, or that I didnt like something we moved on. But he liked showing the options so I was making an informed purchase. The rest of the team that I interacted with were efficient with the low man power available. They were transparent on timelines and deliveries. Overall, great experience. Will shop here again. P.S. the delivery team was very professional and efficient. All the pieces were brought up very quickly and nothing was damaged in the process.

I just moved to Jacksonville and needed new furniture. My sister recommended 3 stores so I went to Kimbrell's first. Chris met me at the door and walked me around the store. CHRIS MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED, he was very friendly, professional, and I could see he was a people person. After I finished looking around, I told him I was going to some other furniture stores to see if I could find better prices. I stopped by another Big Box Store and there was no one there to help me. It took a young lady 2 minutes to come tell me there wasn't a salesperson available to help but if I had questions ask her. She then went to the office in the back of the store and disappeared. I didn't feel welcomed so I left and went back to see Chris, where I bought my furniture. I felt welcomed at Kimbrell's so I'll be buying all my furniture from them no matter what the price.
