Appliances 4 Less Omaha

Needed a washer/ dryer and they had great deals. There was 2 sets they had on the floor that were mixed up and they price matched for us. It came with all of the hook ups and installation went smoothly. There were a few hiccups with the delivery but they communicated and accommodated well! Very nice people and would/ will go back back for other appliances.

I recently purchased appliances from Appliances Plus and overall had a positive experience. The manager was great to work with, very professional, and they had an awesome selection of appliances to choose from. The only area that could use improvement is the delivery and installation process. Unfortunately, what should have been a quick 20-minute job ended up taking over an hour and felt somewhat disorganized. There were multiple instances where I had to remind the delivery team about items that still needed to be completed, even as they were preparing to leave. That said, the products and customer service from management were excellent. I believe with a more streamlined delivery system and better communication, the overall experience would be much smoother.

The store had a good selection of appliances, and the prices were excellent compared to other places I checked. A special thank you to Allyah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making the purchase easy and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and I’m very happy with both the appliance and the value I received. I would definitely recommend Appliances 4 Less to anyone looking for quality appliances at great prices.
