Great furniture at great prices. The piece fit perfectly where we needed it!! And the two young men Landen and Cane who loaded our furniture onto the truck were fast, professional and did a great job securing our piece onto the truck!!

I really enjoyed this trip to Mrs. Bs. I wasn't bombarded with sales people. The salesman who helped me was polite and respectful and I purchased a reclining couch and matching recliner with ease. My couch was delivered and they kept me updated on when they would be here plus were polite and respectful of my property.

Justin greeted us as we entered the store and promptly showed us the different box springs. He then showed us one that had been returned which fit what we were looking for. He very patiently assisted us, look at dressers and explain the differences. We ended up only buying the box springs, but very much appreciated Justin and the professionalism, and courtesy shown to us!

He listened to my budget, understood what I was looking for, and worked with me to find options that fit both my needs and my price range. I really appreciated how accommodating and knowledgeable he was. Customer service like this is rare especially with huge companies, I would definitely recommend working with Grant if you’re shopping at NFM and Mrs.B's
