In my 20 years shopping at Mrs. B’s, I’ve ALWAYS had my salesperson knock a little off my total bill when I spend $1,000+, but not this time. I don’t like haggling, I’m not a tough sell. But instead of even humoring me, he said he’d lose his job if he gave me any kind of discount on my items. As much as I wanted to just find someone else to talk to, I was in a hurry, and my items were gifts, so I just checked out. There goes my lifetime streak of saving a couple extra dollars at Mrs. B’s :(

Justin Thorstad was friendly and very helpful. There was also another person that asked if we needed help. The environment was very warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked through the doors. I'm only giving a four star instead of a five because the item we selected was out of stock and is not available until November 5/6. However, Justin did try to see if it was in stock in another one of there stores. Overall, it was a delightful transaction. The furniture selected was comfortable, well made, and a good price. We really like Mrs.B's furniture it holds up over time. The last item we bought was 14 years ago abd we still have it.

Great furniture at great prices. The piece fit perfectly where we needed it!! And the two young men Landen and Cane who loaded our furniture onto the truck were fast, professional and did a great job securing our piece onto the truck!!

I really enjoyed this trip to Mrs. Bs. I wasn't bombarded with sales people. The salesman who helped me was polite and respectful and I purchased a reclining couch and matching recliner with ease. My couch was delivered and they kept me updated on when they would be here plus were polite and respectful of my property.
