Customer service was non existent. They had nothing worth buying. I remember when this place was downtown it was a go to for repairs. They probably won't be open for very much longer. Sad. My mistake about it being downtown but my review is for the q street location 😄

Trinidad came out to troubleshoot and fix my washer that was not draining. He was able to find the issue and repair it the same day within 2 hours! He is an excellent technician and honest and friendly. I continue to use them for other appliance issues as well with excellent results!

They have a very large variety of appliances Bought a nice Maytag dryer there and they delivered, installed and hauled the old one off. The only issue was the salesman that helped us did not speak much English so there was an small issue with communication, but otherwise was friendly and helpful. All the appliances on display were clean and arranged in such a way that you have room to see all the way around them. Prices are clearly displayed. My regular technician referred me here because he couldn't save my previous 25 year old dryer. Very satisfied with purchase. I would recommend them.
