Our dryer broke down, and as a pregnant mom of two busy boys with endless laundry, it felt overwhelming. Kevin came out on a Sunday, which alone was incredibly appreciated, and got our dryer up and running quickly. Because of his kindness and dedication, I didn’t have to miss work or fall behind at home. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring about their customers. Kevin truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m beyond grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Responsive and met a later in the evening since I had plans and just a solid guy. Had my part and also gave me tips for how to install and anything that could happen. I called Kevin on a Saturday morning because our fridge was not working. He came out to our house later that day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part the fridge needed. The part wasn’t delivered until late Tuesday, but he still came to fix the fridge at 7pm. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
