The guys were great to deal with awesome prices and great selection. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the company is making them work in a building where the AC is broken in 110° heat index. Fix it it’s the cost of doing business. Other than that great experience.

I ordered a fridge and dryer and love them both, I forgot dryers work in 1 cycle, its great! My fridge on the other hand i had to swap out for another they make the doors square these days and I only had 3 inches to reach my hand into the freezer. The store manager should have known this as I was downsizing because of lac of room. If it wasn't for the salesman Matt Lutterman I would have been dealing with this issue for months. He set up the return /exchange with higher management as the west store manager did not want to participate. So I went to the east store and searched for the right dimensions as they mostly only make the square door type. I found a perfect 25qubic ft GE with clear swing doors and arranged the swap out. The east side manager assisted and processed the details but my delivery was still almost 2 weeks out. The best salesman ever went to bat for me again providing a 2 day delivery and a little more back in my pocket. Matt, you did great in helping with the logistics and taking care of the customer needs. Ill be back to buy a stove because of Matt Lutterman. He deserves the store manager title. Im sure you'll be there soon. So again great job Matt, you saved the customers final assessment with great appliances that fit my needs

I bought a washer and dryer for a very good deal. Sean helped me get everything squared away. Angela at the front desk was very sweet. She even helped me load the appliances on the truck. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good appliances for a great price!!
