Wayne's Appliance

I called Wayne's on a whim when my freezer went out because they had financing. I found what I was looking for easily. I did wait a bit because it said they were going to quote me so I just called and was promptly helped by Tony. I told him what I was looking for and he did offer other suggestions because it was out of stock. When I arrived, to pick up the unit, same day, by the way, I filled out some paperwork and got to see what I was getting. Tony was wonderful and so easy to work with. Financing was easy. Took under 20 minutes total. Sadly, we could not fit the unit in my car. However, Ryan, said he would ask his boss if he could deliver it. She kindly allowed it. Ryan was more than friendly as well, as well as the boss, and I could not have been more pleased with the delivery. My new freezer is working like a charm and I'm very thankful for these guys turning a nightmare situation into something easy breezy. Thank you to the team at Wayne's! ☺️

After pining for a Speed Queen washer and dryer for years, we finally pulled the trigger. Wayne's had exactly what we were looking for at the expected price for the model. Doug was very knowledgeable and explained the equipment and what we could expect as far as delivery and install. The delivery crew were beyond awesome. They showed up on time and explained everything in great detail as they hooked up the new washer and dryer. They were very pleasant and just a joy to have install. It was like chatting with a couple of buddies who happened to be highly skilled professional. I can't recommend this place enough. The people make the experience and they were all awesome.

Purchased a GE one and done washer/dryer combo there. You talk about an expensive piece of junk! It's NEVER been like advertised. My Wife absolutely hates it! We wish we would have NEVER purchased it! We will probably NEVER make another purchase at Wayne's over this piece of junk! Haven't had it that long. Wish they would take it back and make it good! But, we all know that's not going to happen!

Wayne's Appliance also has terrible customer service. I purchased a new LG dishwasher from them in July. It never worked properly from the beginning. They started service calls on it in August, have been out monthly since if not more. Here I am in November and still have a broken dishwasher. I am having to fight with LG for a replacement or a fix. In my opinion, Sandy @ Wayne’s Appliance should be handling this, not me the customer! Instead of just saying … I’m working on it. You’ve had 4 months. Never will I shop here again. I always try to support local but had this been Lowe’s/Home Depot or another big box store, I could’ve just taken the damaged machine back and gotten another unit or even a refund. When I said this to her, her response was I’m working on it. This was FOUR WEEKS ago. My cabinets and flooring are ruined, no one wants to correct the issue. LG blames Waynes, Wayne’s says I have to go thru LG. Absolute fiasco for me, the customer! Terrible business!

If you want to buy appliances from a local family owned and operated business this is your place. They have a large warehouse of great name brand products with very competitive prices with the big box stores. The service will keep you coming back. They actually will service your warranty or any issue you could have after the sale. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
