Worst customer service! I had ordered a washer online on a Thursday then had called Friday didn't get an answer so I left a message with my name and number to give a call back regarding the washer I ordered I never received a call back so Monday comes so I drove to the store to see what the deal was I get there they tell that my application was denied they had sent me a email so I admittedly opened up my email and went to look guess what I never received that email he claimed to have sent also why didn't you just give me a call back cause I called Friday left my information to give me a call back about it. Also when I pulled up I saw big sign on they're window that says no credit check we say yes thats lie cause I was told no they absolutely ran a credit check to denied me. Just awful service all around!

They didn't have the product I needed at the time so they gave me something similar but actually better! And when I wanted to trade that out for something else later on, they happily granted my wish!

We have been coustomers with rent one for almost 3 years they have been amazing to us and I always recommend them to other people because of how willing they are to work with people and what they can afford for their payment. Love the staff they treat you like family and they know you by name when you come in

I will not be returning as a customer, and I will share my experience with others. Washer they said was fixed. Auto sensing is turned on and there is nothing in the washer. They call this fixed
