Appliance Factory - East

I went in to look for a top load washer. Jacob was Wonderful to work with from my first question to setting up delivery. He offered a nice variety of choices and was patient as I looked and asked questions. He seemed genuinely invested in helping me choose the right one for our family’s needs. He was very thorough giving details on each Brand and possible choice and very knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this well organized store with a very nice selection and definitely recommend Jacob as a Great sales guy to work with that was not pushy at all and made my shoppIng experience pleasant and productive.

Great experience from start to finish. Dave Thompson was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery crew could not have been more professional and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this company. In addition a few small dents on the side (totally hidden by the cabinets) saved us significant money.

I just got a refrigerator and oven from them!! the employees are amazing!! I got to work with Dave and Nico and they made sure to answer all 100 questions i had and helped me get the most bang for my buck lol!! i would definitely recommend them to anyone!! thank you for helping me get my new appliances for my new house! i cannot wait for them to get delivered to my house!

Stopped by to look at their selection of refrigerators. Nico welcomed us and showed us the various refrigerators they had and explained the process of purchasing a “scratch and dent” appliance. We chose a refrigerator to our liking and saved just over $1000 off of a similar refrigerator in “perfect” condition. Zac and Stephen were our delivery men and they showed up within a 15 minute window of when they said they’d be arriving. The two of them were excellent at their craft, removing our old refrigerator and placing it in our garage then bringing in and installing the new refrigerator. They were both polite and helpful. They removed all of the packaging and explained how our new refrigerator worked while setting it up for us. I highly recommend Appliance Factory - East in Evansville Indiana.
