This store is fabulously beautiful Their inventory is diverse . Regardless your taste(as long as its good) you'll definitely find what youre looking for and perhaps even something you werent looking for but couldn't resist....The staff is amazing knowledgeable Professional and Personable THATS A PLEASANT SHOPPING AND BUYING EXPERIENCE....Delivery was on time, they were neat and cleaned up after themselves....I bought a beautiful mirror and im DEFINATELY going back Thank you so much ROMA you made everything easy joyful and satisfying

I purchased with cash a FINAL SALE (slightly damaged) mattress along with a BRAND NEW bed frame (rails). THE VERY NEXT DAY, I attempted to return the rails as it made the bed entirely too high off the floor. They told me that there is only in-store credit with no refunds. What can I possibly spend $40.00 on... ANOTHER SET OF RAILS I DONT NEED??? They need the money more than I do!!! Right??? WRONG! I AM NOT IN A FINANCIAL SITUATION TO WHERE I CAN JUST THROW AWAY MONEY! THE WHOLE REASON I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DISCOUNTED! NOW IMAGINE SPENDING $4000.00 AND HAVING THEM TELL YOU THAT!!! BEWARE!!!

From start to finish, my experience with Romo Mattress and Furniture was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with—from the first salesperson to the final step of delivery—was first‑class. Teamwork was definitely visible while the first salesperson wasn't there on my second arrival and I was still able to purchase with the same level of care, kindness, and professionalism shown throughout the entire process, which truly stood out.This was my second purchase at this store, and I felt compelled to leave a review this time. The delivery experience truly topped it all off. The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. Initially I stopped in here because I’ve always purchased my furniture from this location, unbeknownst to me that they were under new ownership but I still decided to go forward with them. Then the delivery time frame is so broad that it’s hard to plan your day, I was given an 8am-5pm window. I had to call them to ask for a better time frame to be provided. Anyway, upon initial delivery, the legs for my bed were missing and they said they would need to come back the next day. I had to take off work AGAIN day so they could bring the feet along with an additional rug I ordered. The rug was the incorrect one and I was told to come in the store to pick up the correct one. The young ladies in the store are nice but the professional needs to be improved!
