I have had a personal working relationship with Novak and Parker, so when my fridge decided it was time to fast track its death, my first though to go to was here to get a replacement fridge. Tony was my sales person and he knocked it out of the park. I had some size restrictions due to the space it needs to fit into and he was able to not only find a unit that would work but it was also in stock so we were able get the deal done and on the delivery schedule and had a new fridge in two days which was awesome. The delivery guys were awesome as well, they were in and out in maybe 15 or 20 minutes and made it look very easy. I can't thank them enough and will and have recommend them to others to check out and get their appliances. Thanks again!

Novak & Parker did an outstanding job outfitting my new home with appliances. The entire process from choosing the right products to installation was smooth and stress‑free. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly committed to quality. What impressed me most was their follow through. Any small issues that came up were handled promptly and without hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its work, and they made the whole experience feel easy. I’m extremely happy with both the appliances and the service I received. I’d highly recommend Novak & Parker to anyone looking for a reliable, customer focused appliance store.
