We had a wonderful experience at A1 Outlet Chicago. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We bought gas range and dishwasher, and they were both working well until now. Prices are very competitive and they offer great deals also.

Was professionally greeted at the door, immediately assisted and all my questions were answered by their staff. There were a lot of appliances and brands to choose from and I found what I needed, a two door LG refrigerator which I got at a really great price. Delivery and installation was smooth. Thank you.

Bought a gas range and dishwasher here and I'm really happy with the purchase. Prices were fair and they gave me a great package deal. Both appliances were delivered quickly and set up without issues. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for solid appliances without hassles.

Luke at A1 Appliances provided truly excellent service. He was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable, and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. He helped us make the right choices for our refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven without any pressure. Luke also went the extra mile by offering discounts, which we really appreciated. He made what could have been a stressful purchase a smooth and painless experience. They also have a delivery service, which makes it very convenient for me. Glad I found them online! I Highly recommend them!
