I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I spent over $1,200 on a refrigerator, only to find that it fails to cool the main compartment instead it freezes it, and does not produce ice. I even paid a professional to install a brand-new water line this week to rule out external causes, confirming that the issue lies entirely with the appliance itself. Spending this amount of money on a completely non-functional unit is unacceptable. Definitely won't be returning.

I went to more than 10 different places because I needed a washer and dryer, and nothing compared. Frank got me a brand new, latest model GE set for a really good price. On top of that, he’s super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to buy my refrigerator from him.
