I had a great experience with Mike’s Quality Appliances. Mike was friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He made the whole process easy, took the time to explain everything, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s reliable, communicates well, and follows through on what they promise. First I want to say, I wish I knew sooner I would have bought my dryer from this quality appliance store. This purchase was for my mother's house and my daughter found this place. When we arrived at Mike's Quality Appliances he automatically greeted us and introduced his self. Then asked us what we were looking for, explained what he had to offer. Appliances are all reasonable and of good quality, he delivers. WE all are waiting for her cookies...she ❤️ her new stove. Thanks Mike

I cannot say enough positive things about this business and the customer service they provided me. From my initial phone call, through delivery and set up, I understood very quickly that Mike takes a lot of pride in his business. Mike spent about 45 minutes on the phone helping me and answering questions to ensure I chose the product that fit my needs. They delivered to Bradenton all the way from Tampa. When they delivered my new washer and dryer, they set them up and were extremely clean and careful. He showed me how to use them and explained how to register for my warranty… They were friendly, respectful, and honestly just went above and beyond what almost any business would feel was within their obligation. I’m so impressed because you just don’t find service like this anymore. I am so glad I found them and will be a customer as long as he is in business… which judging by the obvious pride he takes in ensuring his customer’s satisfaction, will be a very long time! Just call him… you’ll see!!!
