The Appliance Plug

I’m glad that I chose to look for a new refrigerator at the Appliance Plug! The selection was very good , and the prices were excellent! Chad was knowledgeable and was exceptionally helpful with picking out a unit. He clearly had the best interest for myself as his priority! Everyone I spoke to there made a good impression. It all made for a very positive shopping experience. I will be shopping at the Appliance Plug for any future major household appliance purchases.

My salesman Chad was helpful and patient from start to finish. The transaction was seamless, and efficient. I purchased a Samsung microwave after walking the showroom and viewing several other models. He was very knowledgeable with the price, and functionality. This place is a must see due to service, organization, inventory and price! My new microwave is installed and works perfectly. I will be returning for more appliances.

Chad was great in helping me expedite my Washer/Dryer, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher when I needed fast. I was happy with the price point and quality of the products but what I think I appreciated the most was the level of service before, during and now after the sale. He and the TEAM at the Appliance Plug are great and I highly recommend!

Chad at Appliance Plug spent so much time helping us choose appliances and a hood for our new townhouse. His expertise and patience during each visit provided us with the confidence we needed to make the best selections! The delivery team was careful and did such a great job with installation too! We love our new LG studio appliances and Zline professional hood, thank you to Appliance Plug and Chad for making our dreams come true!!!
