Chad was great in helping me expedite my Washer/Dryer, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher when I needed fast. I was happy with the price point and quality of the products but what I think I appreciated the most was the level of service before, during and now after the sale. He and the TEAM at the Appliance Plug are great and I highly recommend!

Was in the market for a new fridgerator. I knew just who to call after my 1st great purchase of a stove last year . Gave Chad a call and ran down the details of what exactly I was looking for. He was very thorough in comparison of different manufacturers and knowledgeable of all the brands he carried . We settled on a Bosch product and Chad delivered a great deal on price. .I will no longer buy from Big Box stores and only deal with Chad and Appliance plug for all my Appliance needs . While we knew what we wanted Chad also showed us complimentary products and walked us through the positive and negatives of each. My daughter and I were looking for a range for my son. Chad offered to show us around. He was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. He showed us a very nice range. It was the only one on the floor at the time with an air fryer in it. My son wanted it, so Chad assisted us with receiving the payment over the phone. He showed us refrigerators and washers and dryers, and explained the features of each appliance. My son was impressed with the information, so purchased a washer and dryer. The prices on the appliances were great. We will come to see Chad again when my son looks for a refrigerator. Chad is an awesome salesman and pleasant to work with. I have and will continue to tell others about Chad and the Appliance Plug.
