BestSmart service from the start was great. I called to purchase a washer and Jalop Lopez took my call and explained what he had in stock. He asked me to come in store to take a look around. I arrived and he greeted me kindly. Gave me a reasonable price and a receipt to have it delivered. Good service for my first time!

Really disappointing experience. The business seems to be under new ownership/management since it’s previous 4.9 Star rating. I purchased a used washer/dryer and had a delivery scheduled for the units about 30 days later. The salesman was great, sent me pics of the units, and gave me a good deal. He said holding them was no problem at all, so i paid with a CC over the phone. Delivery time comes and I am the one who has to call to remind them about the appointment the day before. I drove an hour to meet them, and they forgot about the appointment…..again. They also said the units i bought were broken, or they sold them again to someone else. So they finally show up, and install 2 “similar” units…..fine. The dryer stops working a few months later….after the 60 days warranty of course. So I call (on a Monday) to see if, by chance, due to my bad experience, they may honor the warranty. I call multiple times with no answer and get a text from a different #, from someone who says they dont open until noon on Sundays…….It’s Monday. I requested a phone call and never got one, now when I call I immediately get sent to voicemail. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES HERE

Excellent experience with Best Smart! They have a great selection of refrigerators and freezers at very competitive prices. The staff was friendly, professional, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The entire process was smooth, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Best Smart to anyone looking for quality appliances and great service. Thank you!
