Topline Appliance and Mattress

I had to go shopping for a washing machine after my 5 yr old washer’s circuit board broke down. The repair was more than I’d paid for the washer so I paid for the service call and started shopping. After visiting several stores I decided on Topline in Melbourne where I had spent time with Harold who eventually helped me to make my choice. There was no high sales pressure, he was courteous, professional, and even friendly. I settled on a Speed Queen, which I’ve now been using for about 6 months. Wash cycles take 30 minutes, all the clothes get wet (and clean!) and I haven’t had a single problem. There’s no fancy electronics and I love the ease of operation. I’m so happy with my washer and with Harold’s salesmanship that when my current 5 yr old dryer conks out, I will be going back to him for a Speed Queen. I highly recommend Topline of Melbourne and their salesman Harold.

JB, sales dude, was awesome. Low pressure, actually no pressure, very informative and helpful, great local person! Robert and Adam delivered, installed and entertained all at the same time! Very conscientious about our house, new refrigerator, even as they removed the old one, extremely careful with the whole process. I would recommend Topline, they are a longtime, local company!

Tony & Manny were awesome and this is the most fun I’ve had buying new appliances and having them installed in a long time! The top line appliances staff were excellent and wonderful, and the service technicians for installing my dishwasher and my refrigerator were wonderful as well! John B. did a fabulous job pointing out the details on each stove that would fit in our kitchen. He really knew his products and did an excellent job. He is a huge asset to any business and seemed to take great pride in doing a fabulous job. A guy like John makes it so much easier to decide what you like .
