Nick and Caleb are excellent. They were patient, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This is our second purchase from this location, and are very happy with both purchases. The lifetime warranty that we received on both is a nice bonus!

The customer service is fantastic. They answered every question and explained everything. He showed us difference in motors and air movement. I will go there whenever I need to replace any fans. Great selection. Lowes and HomeDepo no one that works there know anything about them.

Extremely knowledgable. "Fan"tastic product assortment. Excellent Customer Experience. Went in on a Sunday with an inoperatable ceiling fan walked out with a fully functioning fan. Repaired on the spot under warranty to boot. You cannot get the quality or support from the big box stores.

Patti was great, she showed us ALL the different options and gave us choices! We ended up with exactly what we wanted! We have dealt with them for years! Great service and great product, most with lifetime warranties. 🤗💜 (plus they have an electrician to install the fans)
