Capritta Appliance has been very fair, transparent, and dependable for me. Everyone I have dealt with is kind, friendly, honest, and dependable, in other words they do what they say they are going to do, and I think they are fair and reasonable with their pricing. Also, their technician darrin who has come out to help me with my washing machine twice now is great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explains everything clearly so I understand what's wrong, what's been done, and what to expect. I am very satisfied with Cappritta and Darrin and will definitely continue to call on them when I need help with any appliance or my AC

Billy and Kai from Capritta Appliance & Air Conditioning did an outstanding job installing our new Wolf speed oven, steam oven, and induction range. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and took the time to make sure every detail of the installation was absolutely perfect. What really stood out was that they never rushed the job. They carefully checked everything, made sure the appliances were installed flawlessly, and thoroughly explained how everything worked before they left. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and commitment to quality craftsmanship gave us complete confidence in our new appliances. It's refreshing to work with technicians who truly take pride in their work. If you're having appliances installed, I highly recommend Billy and Kai. Great service! They were knowledgeable and helpful when we needed to purchase a new dishwasher. Never once did they push us toward something we didn’t need or was out of our budget. Even the install was smooth! Rashaad, Shane, & Billy came prepared, had a system in place for a quick and smooth install. They kept a clean workspace and cleaned up after as well. Big shout out to Capritta Appliance & Air Conditioning, my appliances arrived exactly as promised, they look beautiful, and I got a great price on them. Keith and Brandon did an excellent job of not only installing them, but explaining how everything works and answering any questions that I had. They did clean work, worked quickly, and were very personable and professional. The microwave had a small issue with fitment, but they are working on a solution. Thank you!
