Appliance Direct at Suntree

Trace was great with the purchasing process as well as helping me get the best deals. Mike and Shane did an amazing job both with delivery and set up of my appliances. They answered all my questions. They were super nice and efficient with their work. Would highly recommend Appliance Direct to anyone. The whole Appliance Direct Team at Suntree is amazing.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our appliance purchase. When additional scratches were discovered, Trace immediately addressed the issue without hesitation and exceeded our expectations in making it right. Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional—timely, professional, and transparent. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of integrity and customer care. We sincerely appreciate their commitment to doing the right thing and highly recommend them to anyone looking for both quality products and epic customer service. 5 star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Trace the owner was excellent in helping pick exactly what I wanted. I told him I wanted not the cheapest but in the middle but not the best. He had excellent recommendations with reasons following why he would get this unit over the other. He listened intently to my initial request and it didn't have to be repeated multiple times. He even gave me better more expensive options and described the differences and let me pick for myself what would be my best option. Due to wanting to rent the property out in the future, I was able to pick a cost effective yet, reliable, and perfect for my situation choice, and he was more then capable of pointing me in that direction. I really appreciate his attentiveness, over achieving attitude, and help at the end loading everything up. The process from A to Z was smooth and damn near effortless, and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you Trace , you run a great store and anytime I need more appliances I know where to shop
