Be cautious of this place, if there is an issue they will flat out ignore you. The sales people are deceptive and shady. Sales team looked miserable when you went in, and the one we had was okay until there was an issue and flat out ignored called and avoided. The delivery team slammed the appliances around bringing them into the house - they clearly didn't care. When this was presented to the staff at the main office. "We are sorry, we will look into it." Fake answer with nothing ever done about it, you spent a lot of money here they do not care you are just a number. Amazing they will respond to a review as though they care, but do you think they actually reached out to try to resolve. More of the fake deceptive behaviour.

Everyone was very helpful. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me anything different. They made sure I received my appliance quickly. The delivery men were very polite and informative. They cleaned everything up before they left. There was a little bit of a language barrier but they made sure that I understood everything. It was a great experience and I would buy from them again!

We have been without a working washer for a month. We finally decided to stop trying to fix our old machine and buy a new one. Don’s Appliance was amazing. We walked in bought our machine from the kindest salesman (Noah Mills). He was so knowledgeable. And the guys who delivered it showed up at 9:28am with expected arrival time of 9:30am. They were so efficient in their jobs and so careful as to not damage the washer. It is now 9:50 am and I’m doing laundry. I will be shopping from Don’s for everything appliances from now on. And I will be telling all my friends to shop from Don’s only.
