I bought an oven here on Thanksgiving. I was happy with it until 2 weeks after my 90 day warranty was up and the whole screen on it went black causing the oven to no longer be usable. I asked for some advice from service... no return phone call. I called back asking for them to make this right and even offering to pay $50 of a service call because I know gas isn't free. I still have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and shop face book market place or get something used somewhere else. Terrible to have wasted all that money.

I have personally bought many items through this store for myself and my family. The service is great, every item purchased is absolutely fair priced and if you have any problems with it at all, depending on the warranty, the service gentleman is amazing. They make it right if necessary. I will continue to get appliances through this company and recommend others to do the same ❤️

Terribly disappointing experience. We called to ask if they could convert our antique stove from Natural gas to propane. We told them the brand and model over the phone. They said they sold a kit to do it and scheduled our service. The Tech showed up completely out of the blue on the WRONG day. A week earlier than our scheduled appointment (and on our Wedding Anniversary of all days). When he showed up he had no idea that our appliance was going to be an antique stove and he did not bring the kit to do the conversion with him. He said he didn't feel comfortable working on an antique stove and left and the company charged us $100!!! The Tech was very friendly and I'm sure the scheduling error wasn't his fault. However they literally didn't do anything we talked about over the phone initially and showed up at our house without an appointment and charged us for nothing. Will definitely be reporting them to the better business bureau.
