First time working with Vinton Appliance and what a breeze. Knowledgeable and helpful without trying to up-sell. We had our washer fail over the weekend, called on Monday and they worked with us to get it on the truck that day! Not something they would always be able to do, but they truly offer a personalized and helpful sales and delivery team. Loving our Speed Queen.

Jeff and his team are great to work with. We unfortunately got a lemon Speed Queen which happens and is no fault of the seller. But what Jeff and his team did for us goes beyond customer service. Jeff made sure that our machine was corrected and running right. I can't thank him enough for helping us through this stressful time. We had just moved back to VA, bought a new washer and dryer, had issues but Jeff eased that stress level. If you need top class customer service and after sales support Vinton Appliance is where you need to shop.

Wonderful, friendly service. I worked with Vic and Jeff. They are not high pressure. They truly listen to your needs and work to get you exactly what you want. The delivery men were friendly and professional. They had our new refrigerator set up quickly and that included having to remove our front door to get the refrigerator inside. It's been about a month and a half since we purchased a Speed Queen 5000WN from Vinton Appliance and we couldn't be happier. I'll admit this was my second washer purchase in my life and the nicest washer of the two - with this one costing about double what the first one went for. I knew I wanted a better model going forward and since I've now had time to wash every item in the house that needs washing I can say without a doubt this is the perfect washer for us. This thing is super quiet compared to the cheapo one we had before. I had no idea that clothes should be spun like this thing spins, so drying doesn't take near as long as it did before. Even with the speed it does not damage the clothes. Dog beds? No problem. Pillows, delicate blankets, dirty yard work clothes, towels and bath mats- no problem. Laundry comes out fresh and clean everytime. The knobs are metal and solid. Everything on here feels sturdy. And being able to open the lid and toss in that one item I forgot without killing the cycle is a huge plus. The guy who helped us made it simple and easy to pick and gave us space when we asked for a minute to talk it over while we were in there. Delivery and set up of the unit went off without a hitch - those dudes must be strong because this unit is a beast. When the cheapo dryer dies I know for certain we will head straight back here.
