M & M Appliance & Vacuum

I am writing this review about 5 years after we ordered our kitchen appliances through M&M. We bought a Cafe duel fuel 6 burner range with a professional hood and a Miele refrigerator. The service was excellent and installation was professional and easy to schedule. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable - a little bit more then we might have been able to find somewhere else, but the difference was well worth the service and the professional installation. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that the reviews of the appliances on their website seem unreliable. We did not get a chance to write reviews of our purchases. So I am writing them here. The Cafe range is my favorite non-living thing in our house. It performs impeccably. The oven maintains temperature really well. I rarely have to make any adjustments to baking time or temperature in any recipe I try. I would give it 5 stars (out of 5) enthusiastically. The Miele refrigerator is a piece of crap. We thought this brand would be well engineered and dependable. The doors creak on the hinges and make some sort of dust. Immediately after it went off warranty, the refrigerator door seal became unreliable and we have to pay close attention to make sure the refrigerator door closes all the way. Then the icemaker broke. The service call was $250 and the repair estimate was $1100 on top of that. The part alone was $650. It might be cheaper just to buy a new refrigerator. It didn't even last 6 years. I would give it 2 stars (out of 5) because we did love it while it worked.

My dishwasher died all of a sudden. At first, I unknowingly ordered the wrong one from a big box retailer. They told me you need a ADA compliant dishwasher (height below 34"). After doing research, I discovered the lead time on the dishwasher I wanted in November, which was unacceptable. So I had to look for a small "mom and pop" shop. I shopped around and discovered M&M, and I was glad I did! The delivery was timely, they delivered the dishwasher but told me the previous dishwasher was stuck and not able to get out, so I needed to take it out myself. Removing it myself was a pain! After removal, rescheduling the install was a breeze, the technician showed up early and not only installed my dishwasher properly, but fixed an issue with how my last one was setup. Impeccable service! Will recommend M&M in the future!

I have worked with M & M before, so when I needed a new washer and dryer, I knew who to call. Eric M provided incredible customer service. After talking on the phone, he emailed me three great options, we agreed on a product, and he had the units delivered and installed within a few days. An incredible experience all without even having to leave my house. Highly recommend M & M for your appliance needs.
