Customer Service and Appliances are TERRIBLE. I bought a washer from here, the first one, made a terrible clunking noise during the wash and spin cycle. They ended up replacing it with another machine only for this new machine to make clunking noises during the spin cycle that was definitely not normal. I called and wanted to return the appliance due to this defect. The owner himself even agreed the boise wasn’t normal but raised his voice continuously blaming me for HIS defective machine. If you want to return anything they make you pay for them to pick it up AND a fat “restocking fee” even if it isn’t your fault. I ended up calling a technician to come fix the machine that I paid out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
