Outstanding customer service! Eli was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire repair process effortless. My 11-year-old ProSI.42 range hood had three failed baffle filter latches. Proline repaired all of my filters at no charge (I only paid shipping) and even replaced one filter with a brand-new one. Everything works perfectly again. Had a great experience with Proline. Product arrived on time and as promised. Ran into a small issue where the chimney extension was too short and I had to call to order another one. I never get too much luck with phone customer service but Fabiola picked up my call and was able to get me a custom piece order in no time. I’m waiting for that to arrive and I will post now pictures and after picture after I get my new piece ready and installed. Highly recommend this company. Easy to work with and awesome website as well and live customer support Update. May 22nd. Chimney piece was successful delivery on time. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the care they provide to their customers.
