Appliance Man

Honestly I had given up all hope of getting my wedding ring back without destroying my oven. I had called 8 other companies and no one was willing to come or wanted hundreds because I have a Samsung oven. Ben was so friendly and nice. He got my wedding ring out and oven works amazing in less than an hour. Any time we have appliance issues I’ll call them first. I’m so grateful to have my rind back.

We had a speed queen dryer that was giving Joey a run for his money! Joey was so great though and walked us though the process and never gave up. We will always come back and use Joey. Also, it just wasn't working out so we decided to just buy a new dryer, and appliance man refunded the money and understood as I didn't want to waste anymore of their time. The associate at Appliance Man was informative but not pushy. He answered all my questions and set me up with a great deal. I love my washer and dryer! After bringing it home, the dryer was making a sound and I called Appliance Man. They came out right away and ordered parts. When the parts came they repaired it. I would recommend them to anyone and I’ll be using them again when I need another appliance

Our washer started making some crazy noises. Ben came out to our home to assist with the our washer. Ben was very polite & professional. Ben was very Knowledgeable of our system and was able to successfully diagnose and fix our washer in just a few minutes. He had a great attitude and you could tell he loved his work and took great pride in his ability. My wife made him a Homemade smoothie. I highly recommend ApplianceMan in Sandy, UT, for all your appliance needs. I initially called for advice on which Gas Ranges to stay away from based on repair calls. I decided to purchase a highly rated competitively priced KitchenAid gas range. The delivery was scheduled for three days later. I called two days later and asked If delivery could happen that day (a day early). My salesman Branden (on his day off) loaded up, delivered and helped me install. When I come across excellent customer service like this, not only did they gain an ongoing future customer, but I need to document this story. Hats off to the owner John and Branden who went above and beyond for me.
