GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We had a new dishwasher installed 6 months ago and have had a technician out basically monthly. Every time we were told we needed to do something different - clean the filter more, change the detergent (we were using the one recommended by the manufacturer), leave your dishes more dirty, use afresh, etc but it was a brand new dishwasher — it did not check out. We ended up handwashing our dishes half of the past 6 months, and rinsing detergent/food residue off the rest of the time. Well it turns out, they never hooked up the heat when it was installed and the interior parts got broken as a result. How this ever happened and how it took 6+ months to take seriously is beyond me for such a highly rated company. I never received an apology, for this happening, for this not being resolved quickly or for putting myself (I’m pregnant) and my toddler at risk… we should not have been eating off of unclean plates that likely had soap residue, ever, but certainly not for so long.
