Walked away with a Wolf range and Sub-Zero fridge based on our 2 visits with him. Can’t wait to add them to our remodeled kitchen.

I had an outstanding experience working with Richard Parker at FBS Appliance and installer Tony. Richard went above and beyond to get me the best possible price on a new Café Dual Fuel Range. He also coordinated next-day installation, which was incredibly convenient. During the purchase process, we ran into an issue with a fraud protection system, but Richard stayed proactive and creative, finding a solution that allowed us to complete the transaction without delay. His dedication to customer service really stood out. Tony, the installer, was equally impressive. He called the morning of the appointment to provide an accurate arrival window and showed up exactly as promised. He handled everything professionally and removed the old appliance and installed the new one seamlessly. The final result looked fantastic, even better than I expected. Tony also took the time to walk us through how to operate the new range and shared helpful maintenance tips, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Richard and Tony!
