Salesman lied to get me in the door saying they had a washer dryer unit that was advertised on the website he did offer to give me another unit at advertised price but denied my request for a black unit that was still cheaper than the unit I originally came to buy. I had the unit picked up and installed it did not work, I called the store and they set up the warranty service call. The service tech from appliance manufacturer was nice and fixed the unit but it only worked for 1 cycle then wouldn't work properly I called the store upset asked to speak to the manager, the manager was not available so I spoke to the same person who set up the first service call and she offered another service call I declined the offer and let her know I was not happy and I lost work hours already and that I would like to speak to the manager, about an hour later she called and let me know she scheduled a service call that she spoke with the manager and he said to schedule the call and if it didnt resolve the problem we would discuss options. I accepted as it was on my day off, The manufacturer tech fixed the problem. The appliances comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty so the problem will get taken care of but dang the advertising says scratch and dent not broke and don't work, it was just aggravating and inconvenient.

I visited the store and was impressed with the amount of appliance inventory carried by the store. I like how you can get your appliance delivered on the same day because you can buy what’s in stock at the store. Their prices are really great as well and they also offer financing. Support small businesses in your community. I can’t wait to get my appliances delivered. There’s also a lot of parking, and the people there are really nice. I highly recommend them.
