Great experience overall. They diagnosed the issue with my fridge in about 15 minutes, which was impressive. When they came back to complete the repair, everything was fixed within an hour. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

We just moved to a new place and our dryer immediately stopped working. The first company we called tried to charge us $275, claiming we needed a brand-new timer. Luckily, we happened to drive past Erick’s shop on our way to buy a used replacement. ​When we explained the situation, Eric was honest right away—he told us timers rarely go out and suspected a different issue. He sent a technician to our home the very same day. It turned out to be the heating core! They ordered the part, showed up the next morning to install it, and charged us a much fairer price than the first place. Highly recommend Eric for his honesty and fast service.

My aunt needed a washer and dryer, and we stopped by Erick's and he helped us a whole lot. I took dimensions for a washer and dryer to go side by side. The delivery was made in a timely way by Mario. He looked at the setup and explained that side by side wouldn't work, but suggested that we get a stackable washer/dryer. So we went back, and Mr. Erick had a stackable washer/dryer ready for us, and it was delivered a couple days later and installed. He really helped us find what we needed, and we are very happy. Prices are affordable and equipment is in great condition. I recommend if you need any appliances stop by Erick's and you'll find what you need.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a terrible business with awful customer service. I paid $850 for the fridge in the first two photos. We were not moving right away so I asked if they could hold it for a couple of weeks. When it was time to pick up the fridge, I was out of town due to a family member being hospitalized so I had my boyfriend pick it up. I then come home to this mess and tell him that I want a new fridge because this one is dirty, molded, and rusted not to mention that the ice maker does not work. The guy says that the warranty is not for the ice maker but the fridge. This business is a scam and if you want to spend your hard earned money correctly, I suggest not coming here. They messed with the wrong ones because my dad is a lawyer and my boyfriend is a cop so I am sure they will get this situated even if we have to sue! Edit: Giving this place 5 stars after speaking with Hope and her doing everything in her power to fix the mistake. The guy that I spoke with first should learn from her because her customer service skills are amazing. She fixed everything and our refrigerator is working fine! Thank you Hope!
