Very disappointed: gave them every opportunity to resolve this problem. I purchased a side by side refrigerator. I paid extra to have delivered and set up. When guy delivered and finished setup, refrigerator was sitting un level. When asked about it he said was self leveling it would adjust. Which made no sense to me. The door just flies open. I am very unhappy with thier customer service, After calling store and then warranties people just kept getting the run around. I was Told someone would call and take care of it. Never have received a call back, so when I called one more time still put me off.

Prices are great but "customer service", specifically Paola, is a nightmare unless you’re willing to waste entire days chasing basic resolutions. Also avoid working with Rusty. He will say whatever is necessary to make the sale and then string you along. We bought a refrigerator that was damaged upon arrival; after like 10 calls they finally replaced one of the doors. Fine. The price was good and we ended up with an acceptable fridge. Then we ordered a pair of high‑end wall ovens. One was perfect. But the upper unit arrived with the wrong door! After months of back and forth with Paola in “customer service,” and after confirming with the manufacturer that the door was incorrect, they finally agreed to replace it. This only happened after I called every couple of days for nearly two months. We worked through part numbers, agreed on next steps, and were told the parts were ordered. Then Paola suddenly stopped responding altogether. She no longer answers calls or texts, and when I call other locations and ask for her, I’m always told she’s at lunch. No matter the day. No matter the time. I am now left with an upper oven that doesn’t open fully because the door is too tall and hits the cabinet. Unless you’re comfortable with half‑measures and unfinished fixes, do not be fooled by what looks like great pricing. You’ll likely regret it. Overall, this feels like a very shady operation. Do yourself a favor and buy appliance on sale from major retailers instead.
