I didn’t even want to leave 1 star ,but it wont allow to post.
Terrible customer service , I scheduled an appt. for a warranty service for my brand new refrigerator. Gorman set the date and time. I wait and wait , nobody shows up , I call their office and I was told the technician took it upon himself to go to another call , even though I had appointment.
He finally shows up late , determined
that he needs to order parts, the parts arrive several weeks later. he comes back and totally removes my entire freezer drawer and its interior , the fridge is in no better condition than before.
Now my ice maker doesn’t work.
I call Gorman , they send the same technician and he says it’s my water filter .??
And says he can bypass the filter , and it should work again , but my ice would be unfiltered.
Keep in mind this is a brand new refrigerator and the ice machine worked perfectly fine , before the Gorman technician tore my whole freezer apart.
BEWARE of this company for appliance repairs. 👎👎
