My mom and I are extremely grateful for the customer service that we received at the store. They even came to the house to measure to ensure that the washing machine would fit. The gentleman that came to install the washer was great he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly. We are very happy with everything 😊😊

Terrible Customer Service from Joe Garcia receptionist. I walked in to inquire for a part at 5:02 pm and parts personnel was put for the day. I ask for hours of operation of which he said Most Lukely you'll get it from 11 am to 4 pm. I said " que barbaridad" and Joe started telling if I don't like it go somewhere else. Terrible personnel and parts section don't even have hours of operation. Terrible experience.

I bought a new dryer . The guy that attended me was okay . The other guys and one women seemed to not want to be there . I tried to make conversation, but they seemed ANNOYED . I asked one of the guys about a certain item and he told me to ask the other guy which I did . He looked Annoyed. Probably won’t be back . Maybe cause it was a MONDAY .

Went in for an appliance and was super excited because the gentlemen said they’d be able to deliver same day. We were in a huge pinch as we’re expecting a little one and are in the throes of preparation. Well we got a call at the time they were scheduled to deliver saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver until 2 days later. Incredibly disappointing as it felt as if they just told us same day delivery to make a sale. Would recommend triple checking that the salesmen confirm a delivery date.
