Very rude Customer service, not profesional nor empathetic with the Clients or better yet us as customers..We go there because we are people that like to pay there dues but with that training they give starting with the head of staff are all bad Customer service.

Good service, went to Bank Azteca that was inside the establishment. Had some issues with the account but the service was well commited. Still pending on that but I hope it works out well.

The manager does not have people skills and also if you lose your debit card from their bank it takes a long long time to have it replaced, my wife reported hers lost and it's been almost a year and she still hasn't received it

This is a big furniture store that sells all kinds of house Appliance but I didn't come for that I came to send money to the United States

Lots of TV's smart TVs they should have weekly special on cash only.
