This place is amazing. Becky is so sweet and helpful, and I’m surprised at how knowledgeable she is! She was able to help be with a problem I’d been dealing with for a year and a half, she was fair and honest about pricing, and she was extremely friendly and down to earth. The appliances here are good quality and well priced.

We bought a washing machine 11 months ago for $360 from this place and it was great! But when our daughter moved to a new place, we called to see about having them buy it back. We were told they would buy it back but we’d have to load it up and bring it to them . After we unloaded it they handed us $30 and said that is all they ever pay. They failed to mention that earlier on the phone. We would have gladly donated it somewhere had we known but we were hoping to recover some of the money we spent less than a year ago.

Outstanding Customer Service! I stopped by for a repair after my dryer stopped spinning thinking it would be a few days before I got it back. They were immediately able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The repair was fairly simple so they even let me watch as they fixed it so I could do it myself if it happened again. Strongly recommend buying appliances or having repairs done here. Good people and good service.

100% recommendation! Broke my oven door on Thanksgiving. Only option I was given by everyone else was buy a new stove. Went to google and started calling repair stores and ran across Peace Of Mind. I called them 10 minutes before closing and the sweet lady said we do have oven doors. She took time out to call/FaceTime me so we can get measurements and figure out what works. And I am thankful that they had a door to fit. Thank you for taking time out to help me.

We had a great experience at this store. The sales person was so nice and helpful. We got a washer and dryer and it was installed the next day. We did end up needing to use the 90 day warranty. They hauled away the washer, fixed the issue, and returned it in 2 days. All for free! While we were shopping, I mentioned needing a new drawer for our refrigerator and she told me they keep a ton of parts at the store and probably have the drawers I am looking for. I brought the drawers in later that week and we were lucky enough to find a replacement! We love our new (to us) washer, dryer, and refrigerator drawers!
