Customer service is huge for me because it’s important to feel confident and safe when you’re doing business with a company and when people are coming into your home (for deliveries/installations) you want to feel safe, comfortable, and trust that everything is being done right. That being said, THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! I LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR and not to mention I live up THREE longggg flights of stairs. Eric and his crew member brought up a LARGE refrigerator, strategically, safely, quickly, and efficiently. Fridge stayed in pristine condition and they didn’t even complain about the difficult haul up all those steps. They were polite, helpful, and quick. Not only that, they had to take the old refrigerator out and downnnn all those stairs, bless their hearts. Eric took the time to answer questions and set up the refrigerator for me. I was so happy. Great experience. Good, friendly, STRONG people at AllSouth.
