My wife was shopping for a washer and dryer. We looked at various appliance stores, the big box stores, Lowe’s and Home Depot, and kept coming back to Patterson’s. Their product knowledge instilled confidence in the matchup of my wife’s requirements and the appliance’s capabilities. The guys behind the counter kept us updated on the delivery timeline. On the scheduled delivery date we got a call with the estimated arrival time. Clayton and Brandon showed up on time and ready to install them. Once again the professionalism stood out. There were some difficult angles that they had to work around, but they were careful to get everything in place without any issues. They took the time to get both machines hooked up, leveled, and proper operation verified. Further, they ensured that my wife was comfortable with how they functioned. Over all, Patterson’s employees changed what was a stressful time for my wife into a wonderful experience. We highly recommend anyone looking for new appliances to go to Patterson’s!

10/13/25… just had a microwave installed and Keith did another fantastic job!!! This company is by far best place to get appliances with ease of installation and disposal of old appliances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Best company to deal with!! Keith Showed up when scheduled and delivered, installed the new dishwasher and took away the old. Keith was professional and very knowledgeable. Arthur was fantastic to deal with, and made the sale simple. Entire process was seamless and Definitely recommend Patterson’s appliance.

Great experience from the sales floor to the delivery/installation. The salesman Jonathan was soon nice and extremely knowledgeable on all appliances. Helped us pick out the perfect refrigerator and washer & dryer. Prices were very competitive and delivery/installation was available the next day. The two delivery guys (sorry that I didn't remember their names) were very nice and polite. Definitely will return to Pattersons for any future purchases.
